My experience at the Aloft in Leawood was a mix of good and bad. While the location is fantastic with upscale shopping and dining nearby, I encountered several issues that diminished my stay. My room was quite unique, and the shower was absolutely amazing, but there were various maintenance problems that needed attention. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast offered and housekeeping was lacking during my stay.
